Not allowed: impersonation, spam and link farms, non-independent listings, dead or misleading links, malware and phishing, hateful or sexual content, illegal goods, other people's data or intellectual property.
Impersonation, malware and phishing hide a listing on one report. Anything else needs three reports, or five if the email is verified. A human then dismisses, hides, or removes it, and every decision is written to an audit log.
