Listing is free, so the only refundable purchase is a Featured placement — a digital service delivered immediately after the payment is confirmed.
Full refund, no reason needed, any time before the placement goes live on a board. Once live it has been delivered and a change of mind is not refundable.
Always refunded, live or not: charged and nothing appeared, charged twice, charged the wrong amount, removed by our mistake, or a sustained outage while your placement should have been running.
A placement removed for breaking the content policy is forfeited and not refunded.
